In order to Request to Return your Products to The CopperSmith you must obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Number. Please Fill out the following information to Request a Warranty | Return. Please Do not ship or return any products before you are Contacted by The CopperSmith to do so. Below is our Return and Warranty Policies please read below before sending a request to make sure you are eligable.
Damaged Good, Return and Exchanges
All light fixtures and accessories should be inspected for damage, defects or discrepancies within 48 hours of receipt. Products will not be accepted for return, repair or replacement without first obtaining a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. We will pay return shipping charges for the defective goods. Ensure all returned goods are properly packaged prior to shipment. Returned goods received that are defective or damaged due to improper packing will not be accepted for exchange or credit – returns must be in resalable condition. New, unused, undamaged, fully operational standard stock goods may be returned for credit only with prior written authorization and will be subject to a minimum handling charge of $65 or 25% of invoice plus freight, whichever is greater. Items must have shipped from The CopperSmith no more than 30 days prior to the RGA request. Products must be properly packaged and returned to The Copper- Smith undamaged and in sellable condition. Customer shall be responsible for return freight charges. Non-standard custom products, used products, clearance and sale products are not returnable.
All Fixtures and products manufactured by The CopperSmith are warranted to be free from defective materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.(Damages incurred in transit, from handling, from improper installation, misuse, normal ware and tear, or lack of maintenance are excluded from the terms of this warranty.) This limited warranty is in lieu of any other expressed or implied warranties, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness of a particular purpose. The sole and exclusive remedy for breach of the warranty shall be the replacement of the product or a refund, in the discretion of The Coppersmith. Under no circumstances shall The Coppersmith be liable for incidental, special or consequential damages or loss.
